they may think proper and at any time dismiss a Secretary Clerk Accountant or Rent Collector or any other person whom they may think necessary or desirable for the purpose of carrying out the Trusts and powers of these presents and all salaries requiring to be paid to any person or persons appointed or employed under this clause shall be paid by the Trustees out of the profits and income of the Trust Fund. The Committee may at any time delegate any of their duties or powers to any Sub-Committee consisting of such Members of the Committee (hereinafter called Committee Men)

as the Committee may think fit.

The Chairman of the Board of Direction of the Tung Wa Hospital and any future Chairman of the said Board shall hold office as a Committee Man so long as he shall retain

the office of Chairman of the said board.

Any Member of the Committee and any Committee Man here- after to be appointed who shall be adjudicated bankrupt or shall become of unsound mind shall cease to hold office as

a Committee Man.

The Committee shall hold their meetings at such time

them sufficient.

The Committee shall hold a special meeting in each year

and thereat elect one of their number to be Chairman of the
